Learn the fundamentals of art while gaining new techniques in a family based setting! Here, you will paint, draw and craft with your child as you grow your skills and strengthen caregiver & child bonds.
•Rhythm & Resilience with Mrs. Dara provides a yogic approach to classical music training, along with rhythm and flow awareness.
Rhythm & Resilience- Family Time:
Join your children in learning breathing exercises, poses and games for calming, relaxation and focus. Instill a good sense of steady beat, rhythm and flow in a parent/child bonding based setting.
Rhythm & Resilience- Preteen to Adult:
In this workshop we practice Hatha yoga based poses, breathing exercises and rhythmic awareness. We will use vocal warmups, yoga and guided meditation in song as we explore how mindfulness can improve musicality.
